Very attentive and answered my questions quickly. And time there was an issue in the process they were right there to help.

There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to GMFS Mortgage Company. My Lender Nicole was amazingly calm with me when I felt like I was going have a nervous breakdown. I recently purchased my first home and choosing to finance through GMFS is the best decision I could have ever made ! My loan officer was Nicole Faulk and she was AMAZING from the beginning of my loan process all the way to the end . I called Nicole to talk to her about my specific concerns on what could possibly hold me back from getting approved for a home loan . Nicole thoroughly went through all of my possible loan options until we found the right one for me . Within a day or two I was pre-approved despite me thinking that it was not possible . What I thought would have been a stressful loan process turned out to be the most smooth sailing process ever thanks to her .
