Although the team was working hard, their work wasn’t reflected throughout the stages on the app, causing unnecessary stress and concern (3 weeks in the “application” stage). Ashley was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire mortgage process, paying close attention to the my specific loan needs and getting me taken care of. From helping me find specific items that where needed, to helping me understand where we are in the loan process she was incredibly diligent and pleasent to deal with.
