I originally went to a large big box realtor company which didn’t go well at all . I had family and friends that recommended GMFS Mortgage and strongly advised me to call or go in person and see what my options were. This was the best advice! I met John and Lindsey and instantly felt the commitment to my loan and best interest. Lindsey worked fast and thoroughly throughout the whole process. We had a flawless experience and was able to close 2 weeks early too ! I strongly recommend this company and the staff with your next or current business. Thank you and we love our home!

Very knowledgeable and I send all my referrals to him. He did the purchase on my 1st home and recent refi on it. He’s done 1 for a friend of mine who now wants to refi her other home. He’s in the process of a refi for my relative and her friend in TN wants to refi after talking to her. He even gave advice on a VA refi for my Uncle in FL even though it would go to another LO due to the location.

Darren Gill was amazing as a broker, I couldn’t ask for better. However, the underwriters are difficult to work with and this process was much more difficult than my last mortgage with GMFS Mortgage. I’m giving 5 Stars because of Darren, but I’m not sure I would recommend GMFS Mortgage again due to underwriting.
