Very knowledgeable and I send all my referrals to him. He did the purchase on my 1st home and recent refi on it. He’s done 1 for a friend of mine who now wants to refi her other home. He’s in the process of a refi for my relative and her friend in TN wants to refi after talking to her. He even gave advice on a VA refi for my Uncle in FL even though it would go to another LO due to the location.

Darren Gill was amazing as a broker, I couldn’t ask for better. However, the underwriters are difficult to work with and this process was much more difficult than my last mortgage with GMFS Mortgage. I’m giving 5 Stars because of Darren, but I’m not sure I would recommend GMFS Mortgage again due to underwriting.

When we started with another mortgage company, the representative said that we didn’t have the numbers to make it work and they just gave upon us. Bob and Darren had different attitudes and made it work. This is the second mortgage we have done through them and we cannot recommend them enough.
