Chantelle Chotto went above and beyond to get us into our first home! My family was blessed to work with her & GMFS. Truly couldn’t be happier with our new home. The experience was tedious with getting paperwork lined up with the VA, and she was always motivated to get our loan approved.

Chantelle is literally the best. I was going thru a divorce after 25 years and the pandemic in 2020 and Chantelle managed my loan for my new home purchase. She was *always* available by phone or email. Even late night on a Sunday. She answered all my “dumb questions” in a way I could understand. She got me a rate that blew away the other lenders I was speaking to.

In 2021, she helped me with refiancing said home after the rates went down further. Again, no other lender could match or beat GMFS rates. One lender (I wont say their name but it rhymes with Sickenloans) said that GMFS was small time and I would regret going with them. I did my home work to find that isnt the case and GMFS has BILLIONS of dollars in loans out there.

In 2022, I got engaged and moved into a new house with my fiancee – I didnt even bother with any other lenders this time. Went right to Chantelle and cake walked right through the process (3 times in 2 years). My son also closed on his house recently, also with Chantelle. GMFS and Chantelle know what they are doing. I would give her 6 stars if I could.

Chantelle worked with me to find the right combination of interest rate and closing costs. She educated me on the lender paid PMI which was a perfect fit for my situation. I addition, she went above and beyond with assisting me with insuring the property. She recognized an error in my flood insurance quote. The difference saved me $300 a month!!!! I highly recommend Chantelle to all of my friends and think that GMFS Mortgage should reward her for her excellent work!
