My experience during the loan process was good. One thing I have not been impressed with is how many non-affiliated companies now have my info and are trying to sell me things I don’t need. Since phishing and identify theft are prominent risks, I’d prefer my information to remain private.

This is the second time I have used this company. Both times they were very helpful in answering all of my questions. I had emailed them with questions about the tons of junk mail and emails I was receiving about refinancing. I did not think that I was even qualified for a refinance on my home. I was told that I was. I was also told that I could get PMI off of my mortgage payments with refinancing. The process began very quickly. An agent called with details and once I agreed to terms, everything went very well.  I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone buying a home or applying for a refinance.

An easy process

Great customer service. Very professional and efficient.  The application used to track progress and upload documentation worked perfectly allowing the customer to know exactly where they are in the process and if there are any outstanding documents or forms which are needed.

I enjoyed working with GMFS mortgage. My agent was knowledgeable about the questions I had and responsive when I called and emailed. I am sure I got on his nerves. GMFS mortgage also had an assistant that communicated to me about what papers were needed so my family and I were able to close on the house early (we requested). The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars was because of taking a home owners course that I was not aware of when I started this process. The course was required for the loan I was getting. Other than that GMFS mortgage was great! Would I work with them again on my next house….Yes.

Aaron Taravella was awesome! He worked very hard to explain every little question I had before applying he made me and my partner feel comfortable going forward with using GMFS. I had many questions and Aaron had all the answers and even advice he was very well educated. GMFS mortage process was seamless. Communication was stellar. Email, text, voice – they keep me in the loop through the whole process. Docusign products were explained in advance of reciept of the actual documents. My contact was available to answer all of my questions right away. I never had long peiods of silence. My closing happened on time as initially scheduled.
