Joy was more than a Loan Officer to me during this stressful time. It was my first time buying a home and I had so many questions and uncertainty from the beginning to the end. we were promised 15k closing cost by Michelle and made our counter offer on the house accordingly. 15k was to be oaid for by seller with the understanding closing would be 15k. The actual closing came out closer to 20k
