GMFS–Ashley especially–have been easy to do business with. From the very beginning of the mortgage process to the present, she has been there to answer questions and support our mortgage.

Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
