With more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Stacey Britton understands that every homebuyer’s situation is different—and sometimes getting to the closing table takes more than simply following a standard path. As a Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer with GMFS Mortgage, Stacey is known for finding solutions, navigating challenges, and helping make homeownership happen.
Stacey specializes in construction and renovation loans, jumbo financing, and first-time homebuyer programs. Her approach is straightforward: “I have the ability to figure it out. I make deals happen.” She brings that determination and problem-solving mindset to every client, working to make the mortgage process as smooth and successful as possible.
A Lafayette native, Stacey is proud to serve the community she calls home. She is a member of the Acadiana Mortgage Lenders Association, Louisiana Mortgage Bankers Association, Real Estate Association of Acadiana, and Acadian Home Builders Association, and holds her Louisiana Mortgage Leader (LML) Certification.
When she’s not helping clients with their home financing goals, Stacey enjoys staying fit, traveling, scuba diving, and spending time with her husband, Robbie, and their children, Owen and Hailey. She also loves taking in the unique culture of Acadiana, especially local festivals and Mardi Gras balls.
