So yesterday, a Saturday, I reached out to MiMi, who I later learned was at a retreat in another state, to ask a question about the steps we needed to take with our insurance claim check. I was not asking or expecting her to contact me back on Saturday or even over the weekend, I just did not want to get busy at work and forget or not have a chance to call her about it next week. Well let me tell you about MiMi, she did not return the call, but what she did do, mind you at a retreat, sent me a text explaining why she had not called and offered to assist me via text. This wonder lady went out of her way to answer any questions she could immediately. Now you cannot ever see or hear anyone’s sincerity over a text, but let me tell you she was so nice and personable. If you need a finance company do not go anywhere else. They are conveniently located in town. They do not sell your mortgage and by far have the best customer service. MiMi@GMFS ❤️#
