Extended rate locks can give you peace of mind when locking in your interest rates in an unpredictable market.  GMFS Mortgage now offers extended rate locks up to 270 days.

A non-refundable fee is due at time of lock.  All rate locks are subject to market rates at the time of lock.

• 120 days = .375 fee
• 180 days =   .375 fee
• 210 days = .75 fee
• 270 days = .75 fee
