The under writer however was difficult to deal with requesting data and information late in the afternoons urgently. The week of closing this continued up until the day before we were due to close. This was an unpleasant experience and unnecessary

They were involved from the moment we met them at the open house for the property we eventually purchased, and they were very kind, helpful, and supportive all the way through to our closing date. The sellers wanted a quick closing and Pam and her team, using their local knowledge and connections, were able to make it all happen with very few challenges. We even had a little fun and a few laughs along the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we feel like we gained ourselves a few future friends on Fripp Island for years to come. Thank you Pam and Jan for all your efforts!
