Joy was more than a Loan Officer to me during this stressful time. It was my first time buying a home and I had so many questions and uncertainty from the beginning to the end. She made every effort to make sure I was informed and confident in every decision I made. I honestly don’t know if I would have even went through witb buying a home if I wouldn’t have had her.
