I originally went to a large big box realtor company which didn’t go well at all . I had family and friends that recommended GMFS Mortgage and strongly advised me to call or go in person and see what my options were. This was the best advice! I met John and Lindsey and instantly felt the commitment to my loan and best interest. Lindsey worked fast and thoroughly throughout the whole process. Love this person! Brandi LeBas for GMFS is so good at her job but goes far beyond work performance. She is personable, kind and considerate. She is in tuned with her client. I even changed houses that I wanted to buy and Brandi remained unfazed and just said let’s get it done. Super professional. I have family who are amazed by how quickly we closed – fast but proficient. If you want a lender to treat you right, go to GMFS and ask for Brandi LeBas!!!

When there were issues with my qualifications during underwriting, Shannon advocated for me and helped me to understand exactly what I needed to do in order to still get the loan. She communicated clearly and was helpful from start to finish!
