Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
Pam really helped me through the process of Applying for morgatage loan. She gave me suggestions to help me, she was patient with me. She was consistent, never left me wondering, she was quick to answer questions. So thank full for Pam!

Miranda Gref was also extremely helpful in ensuring we had all of our I’m dotted and it’s crossed at the end. Our closing took 35 minutes because of the work that Michelle, Miranda and the entire GMFS team did to make sure that everything was in order! I can’t say enough!
