Although my house hunting took over a year, John and his team did not harass me about a timeline of finding a home, they left the communication open and how they would be available to assist me with any questions, issues or concerns. I really love the fact that GFMS did not pressure me to find a home. Everyone from MeLisa in Mississippi to John and his team in Georgia was very professional but most of all patient. Your agency was great! Y’all had great communication. Your app made signing all those documents super simple and getting everything signed before closing made closing super quick. Not to mention it only took like 20 days to close after going under contract.
we were promised 15k closing cost by Michelle and made our counter offer on the house accordingly. 15k was to be oaid for by seller with the understanding closing would be 15k. The actual closing came out closer to 20k
