Since retiring I wondered if I would be able to refinance and take advantage of historically low rates. GMFS walked me through the process and we closed, reducing our rate by 25%. Communication was good throughout the process. Everything, except signing papers at the attorney’s office was done online.

My loan was approved and closed in less than a month. Very pleased to have GMFS as my mortgage provider because of the experience I had during my process.
