He always made himself available to me (day and night) even for things that were not his responsibility (finding a realtor, advice on home insurance, advice on which houses to buy/not buy, etc). After this whole experience, I’ve come to view Brandon more as a friend than a loan officer. I could not be more pleased from my experience with him and will certainly reach back out when I’m ready to sell my home. I also plan to ask my friends if they’re in the home-buying market because I find it hard to believe they would find better representation elsewhere.
