Although the team was working hard, their work wasn’t reflected throughout the stages on the app, causing unnecessary stress and concern (3 weeks in the “application” stage). The team promptly handled it once it was brought to their attention. I’m certain that without this hiccup, the experience would have been flawless! Lesson learned by us all! Thanks for your help!

we were promised 15k closing cost by Michelle and made our counter offer on the house accordingly. 15k was to be oaid for by seller with the understanding closing would be 15k. The actual closing came out closer to 20k
