Miranda Gref was also extremely helpful in ensuring we had all of our I’m dotted and it’s crossed at the end. My loan was approved and closed in less than a month. Very pleased to have GMFS as my mortgage provider because of the experience I had during my process. Everything happened so fast it still seems unreal that I actually closed on my first home at 30 years old. It was the best Christmas gift as I closed on 12-26-2018.
