Since retiring I wondered if I would be able to refinance and take advantage of historically low rates. GMFS walked me through the process and we closed, reducing our rate by 25%. Communication was good throughout the process. Everything, except signing papers at the attorney’s office was done online.

Stinson was very helpful along the whole process and answered any questions I had. I also felt like everything was pretty transparent with what costs were going to be.
This is our third time using John as our broker and he always does a wonderful job, he and Lindsey always keep us updated with the process and they make it extremely easy and hassle free. Our plan is for this to be our forever home but if we find ourselves for some reason in the market again we will definitely go back to John and Lindsey.
