Overall experience was positive.
Ashley was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire mortgage process, paying close attention to the my specific loan needs and getting me taken care of. From helping me find specific items that where needed, to helping me understand where we are in the loan process she was incredibly diligent and pleasent to deal with. If I ever have a friend of family member looking to buy a home, I’d recommend Ashley 11/10 times.

What they said they were going to do they did. We had a little hiccup, but Frannie took full responsibility and made it right immediately. People make mistakes, but not everyone owns up to their mistakes. That goes a long way with me so that’s why my experience was GREAT!

Mrs. Michelle was such an incredible help! Anyone to have her as their loan officer should be considered very lucky. GMFS was very easy to work with and everyone in their office was extremely responsive and patient.
we were promised 15k closing cost by Michelle and made our counter offer on the house accordingly. 15k was to be oaid for by seller with the understanding closing would be 15k. The actual closing came out closer to 20k

The Macon team (John, Lindsay, Lanie). My initial contact was Branch Mgr John Peterson. Although my house hunting took over a year, John and his team did not harass me about a timeline of finding a home, they left the communication open and how they would be available to assist me with any questions, issues or concerns. I really love the fact that GFMS did not pressure me to find a home. Everyone from MeLisa in Mississippi to John and his team in Georgia was very professional but most of all patient.
