Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
Ashley and her team are awesome! In spite of the issues we faced in our construction process, Ashley made sure we never had any worries about our loan.
