Since retiring I wondered if I would be able to refinance and take advantage of historically low rates. GMFS walked me through the process and we closed, reducing our rate by 25%. Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
Todd Jackson is a very professional loan officer. I obtained about 7 of my FHA loans from Todd Jackson prior to 2008 for rental properties that I still own today. Got good competitive interest rates and quick professional service.
