first of all, Joy is an amazingly pleasant person im blessed to call her a friend. My clients and I never had to worry about the progress of the recent transaction. Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
Stinson made the process very simple, was available to answer any questions we had throughout the process, and was always happy to help! His team was so accommodating I couldn’t recommend him more for people looking to start the home buying process.
