Although my house hunting took over a year, John and his team did not harass me about a timeline of finding a home, they left the communication open and how they would be available to assist me with any questions, issues or concerns. She was also kind enough to answer all of my phone calls which was a lot , and help me walk throu step by step on what to do and what we needed. This Is my second home loan through GMFS with Stinson. i knew immediately upon looking for my second home that i would use no one but him to get me through, and boy did he go above and beyond. Someone give that man a raise. He would literally answer my questions at 9:30pm on a Saturday!! No matter the time or day he was quick to respond and take care of things for me. HE EVEN TEXTED ME ON LEAVE WHILE AT HIS HONEYMOON! i tend to move often, so you best believe when im ready to buy again i will not even consider pricing around because of the quality of service i get with him at GMFS.
