GMFS has been a wonderful mortgage company for us. They are always easy to deal with, even if you need to call them. We recently did a refinance and Stephen led us through the entire process. He was always readily available to help or answer our questions. He was also great at letting us know where we were in the process.

Steve Foreman was great to deal with. He made the refinancing process very early and friendly. The automated signature system is a very nice and efficient way of signing the necessary documents in the refinancing process. I simply wish the closing cost were more affordable. $12,000 is a little high other than that the process was seamless.

Stephen handled just about everything for me so i really did not have to do that much. He is the expert when it comes to purchasing a home so i just trusted him to do what was best for me and he did. I would tell everybody i know to go thru GMFS Mortgage if they are thinking about buying a home.
