we were promised 15k closing cost by Michelle and made our counter offer on the house accordingly. 15k was to be oaid for by seller with the understanding closing would be 15k. The actual closing came out closer to 20k

She was also kind enough to answer all of my phone calls which was a lot , and help me walk throu step by step on what to do and what we needed.
