Ryan’s Team, Adam, Siedda, were wonderful and very patient with me and my thousands of questions all the way up to closing day. I had one question regarding why I had to pay off a credit card that had no balance? At closing, I got a check addressed to that creditor to pay off $76 and I felt that could have been redone or reprocessed by the underwriter and not calculated in my loan/closing cost disclosure.

Ryan and his wonderful team are such caring and helpful people. They help to create a full picture of what is needed throughout all steps of the process for a Mortgage loan. They are so professional, and they make the whole experience so much less stressful than I believe any other lender might be able to. If you have questions the whole team is there to step up, and they are glad to answer the questions to the best of their ability. If they do not know the answer to your questions, they will make sure and find the answer. Dealing with GMFS Team Ryan was and is a pleasure. If you as a client want the best group of people to help you to achieve your financial goals, I would only ever suggest TEAM RYAN to anyone wanting to secure a mortgage without excess hassle!!!

The entire lending process was a breeze. Siedda was great at keeping me up to date on the loan process throughout. Ended up getting a better rate and approval amount then previously thought.
