Could not recommend this mortgage company more! We originally financed with them in 2014 and just completed a quick and painless refinance. Carla Vento in the Macon office is top notch and SO EASY to communicate with. She is very responsive and gives great financial advice. 5 stars!!

Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
Todd communicated with me regularly and worked with a team of people (realtor, family office advisors, etc.). Most importanty, he was flexible in working with me despite a nontraditional income source.
