Since retiring I wondered if I would be able to refinance and take advantage of historically low rates. GMFS walked me through the process and we closed, reducing our rate by 25%. Someone give that man a raise. He would literally answer my questions at 9:30pm on a Saturday!! No matter the time or day he was quick to respond and take care of things for me. HE EVEN TEXTED ME ON LEAVE WHILE AT HIS HONEYMOON! i tend to move often, so you best believe when im ready to buy again i will not even consider pricing around because of the quality of service i get with him at GMFS.

Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
