Brad and Sandy were extremely helpful ajd and responsive. Any issue we had, they were able to support quickly. My wlife and I were going on a honeymoon so we needed everything done within 10 days because when we came back, we were very close to closing They were able to get all info prior to us leaving so when we came back, it was seamless

we were promised 15k closing cost by Michelle and made our counter offer on the house accordingly. 15k was to be oaid for by seller with the understanding closing would be 15k. The actual closing came out closer to 20k
