Johnny Peterson was beyond helpful throughout our first home buying process. He was able to not only answer all of our questions, but also provide us valuable advice and help. He was in constant communication with us every step, making the process very straight forward. We would recommend GMFS to anyone we know, and will certainly come back to buy our next home.
Since retiring I wondered if I would be able to refinance and take advantage of historically low rates. GMFS walked me through the process and we closed, reducing our rate by 25%. Communication was good throughout the process. Everything, except signing papers at the attorney’s office was done online.
