I stated with 5 potential lenders and in the end these guys hit it out of the park Fast, Helpful, Honest and I feel I got a great rate. The loan fees paid to GMFS were low, shopped my closing attorney which saved a $1000 +. Very, Very Satisfied highly recommended.

Everything happened so fast it still seems unreal that I actually closed on my first home at 30 years old. It was the best Christmas gift as I closed on 12-26-2018.

Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
