Mr. Guest did an outstanding job in my process to become a first time homeowner. I had heard lots of scary advice and stories from friends and family about their experience down this road but working with him and realtor Jimmy Adams made this a breeze and smooth process. We were referred to GMFS Mortgage by our realtor. Stephanie Machado was and continues to be the ultimate professional . She makes us feel that it was not just an experience to get us financed, but continues to follow up with us and check in on us which confirms to us that she actually cares about the people that she interacts with.
