Todd Jackson is a very professional loan officer. I obtained about 7 of my FHA loans from Todd Jackson prior to 2008 for rental properties that I still own today. Got good competitive interest rates and quick professional service.
I stated with 5 potential lenders and in the end these guys hit it out of the park Fast, Helpful, Honest and I feel I got a great rate. The loan fees paid to GMFS were low, shopped my closing attorney which saved a $1000 +. Very, Very Satisfied highly recommended.

It is an experience that EVERY potential homebuyer deserves. I was a first time homebuyer and this was the only company I had contact with.
