Miranda Gref was also extremely helpful in ensuring we had all of our I’m dotted and it’s crossed at the end. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
