They were great to work with and their process made getting information to them very easy, and fast. We did a refinance, at Jason’s suggestion and guidance, and saved about $200 a month on our mortgage payment. Good advice….Jason was great throughout the process, explaining what was needed, providing updates and staying on top of deadlines. His assistant Shelby was always available whenever Jason wasn’t, we never had to wait for an answer or explanation on what docs were needed and when. GMFS was easy to work with. All documents were submitted electronically and did not require face to face interaction. They quickly processed my loan and I was closing within 2 weeks!

Everyone at GMFS, Prairieville, especially Shannon Rasbury, were very prompt, efficient, fast and helpful. I started the mortgage re-fi process in mid May. I tried ro use 3 other corporations and they WOULD NOT call me back or handle my requests timely, they were dragging their feet. I finally called GMFS, Prairieville, in mid June, 2020, and they got back w/me, by computer, the SAME DAY. They followed this with a personal call in a few days. We closed rhe re-fi on 7/15/20-1 MONTH AFTER I FIRST CALLED THEM. I AM VERY SATISFIED!
