Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
Josh Foster was incredible! Constant communication, always keeping us in the loop with updates and requests….very knowledgeable, extremely efficient and got for our loan for us very fast!
