Although my house hunting took over a year, John and his team did not harass me about a timeline of finding a home, they left the communication open and how they would be available to assist me with any questions, issues or concerns. Someone give that man a raise. He would literally answer my questions at 9:30pm on a Saturday!! No matter the time or day he was quick to respond and take care of things for me. HE EVEN TEXTED ME ON LEAVE WHILE AT HIS HONEYMOON! i tend to move often, so you best believe when im ready to buy again i will not even consider pricing around because of the quality of service i get with him at GMFS.
