What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. She was always available to answer questions, guide me through the process, and keep me encouraged when things became overwhelming. At no point did I feel like just another transaction. She treated me like family and celebrated every milestone with me.
Even after closing, Missy continued to go above and beyond, checking in on us and even sending a thoughtful closing gift to our new home. That level of care and professionalism is hard to find.
