The Macon team (John, Lindsay, Lanie). My initial contact was Branch Mgr John Peterson. Although my house hunting took over a year, John and his team did not harass me about a timeline of finding a home, they left the communication open and how they would be available to assist me with any questions, issues or concerns. I really love the fact that GFMS did not pressure me to find a home. Everyone from MeLisa in Mississippi to John and his team in Georgia was very professional but most of all patient. Darren was awesome! There was a lot of unique things with our buy, but Darren stayed on top of all of it to make sure we were able to close on time.
Your agency was great! Y’all had great communication. Your app made signing all those documents super simple and getting everything signed before closing made closing super quick. Not to mention it only took like 20 days to close after going under contract.

we were promised 15k closing cost by Michelle and made our counter offer on the house accordingly. 15k was to be oaid for by seller with the understanding closing would be 15k. The actual closing came out closer to 20k

The paperwork was presented perfectly by Paul. His assistance and communication both through the portal as well as text and phone calls to Me far exceeded my expectations. Everything flowed seamlessly and through the process, i noticed every day that we worked together to get the items ticked off out list which allowed us to close as quickly as we did. ANYONE needing a mortgage broker, Josh Foster is the man for you. He is so diligent and hardworking, you would think that he was working mortgage for himself. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and analyzes EVERY angle. He is responsive and attentive you would almost believe you were his only client, NOT.
