I recently purchased my first home and choosing to finance through GMFS is the best decision I could have ever made ! My loan officer was Nicole Faulk and she was AMAZING from the beginning of my loan process all the way to the end . I called Nicole to talk to her about my specific concerns on what could possibly hold me back from getting approved for a home loan . Nicole thoroughly went through all of my possible loan options until we found the right one for me . Within a day or two I was pre-approved despite me thinking that it was not possible . What I thought would have been a stressful loan process turned out to be the most smooth sailing process ever thanks to her .
