Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).

I contacted GMFS inquiring about a refinance, and within 24 hours they had run the numbers and gotten back to me. A few e-signatures later and the process was done.
