Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
They were great at communicating with me and were always willing to take the time to find the best option for us! Carla was our mortgage lender and she was awesome!
