When I thought my mortgage wouldn’t be possible they gave me hope and really worked close with me to make it happen. They were upfront with everything and did not drag me along in the process. My loan was approved and closed in less than a month. Very pleased to have GMFS as my mortgage provider because of the experience I had during my process. Everything happened so fast it still seems unreal that I actually closed on my first home at 30 years old. It was the best Christmas gift as I closed on 12-26-2018.
Everyone we dealt with were absolute professionals and treated us like family. They did their best to make sure we were satisfied and at the end of the day we were more than satisfied!
