Ashley was terrific. Wet friendly, thorough and detail oriented. Even though the process sucks Ashley went over and above to help at every step. If it weren’t for Ashley we’d be renting right now but instead we are living in our own home. Cannot thank her enough!

It is an experience that EVERY potential homebuyer deserves. I was a first time homebuyer and this was the only company I had contact with. When I thought my mortgage wouldn’t be possible they gave me hope and really worked close with me to make it happen. They were upfront with everything and did not drag me along in the process. My loan was approved and closed in less than a month. Very pleased to have GMFS as my mortgage provider because of the experience I had during my process. Everything happened so fast it still seems unreal that I actually closed on my first home at 30 years old. It was the best Christmas gift as I closed on 12-26-2018.

I contacted GMFS inquiring about a refinance, and within 24 hours they had run the numbers and gotten back to me. A few e-signatures later and the process was done. Super fast, amazingly easy, completely stress free experience from my perspective. And they were quick to answer any and all questions I had!
