I love GMFS! Mr. Peterson and Lindsay were both efficient and dedicated every step of the way. Any questions I had they always responded within the same day, whether by phone call or email. I appreciate Mr.Peterson so much because he did not give up on me, this process was long, finding the perfect home for my family. He was always well detailed and gave me all the information needed good or bad! He was always honest. Integrity goes a long way with me! I will forever speak highly of GMGS Mortgage.

When I thought my mortgage wouldn’t be possible they gave me hope and really worked close with me to make it happen. They were upfront with everything and did not drag me along in the process. My loan was approved and closed in less than a month. Very pleased to have GMFS as my mortgage provider because of the experience I had during my process. Everything happened so fast it still seems unreal that I actually closed on my first home at 30 years old. It was the best Christmas gift as I closed on 12-26-2018.

Todd communicated with me regularly and worked with a team of people (realtor, family office advisors, etc.). Most importanty, he was flexible in working with me despite a nontraditional income source.

It is an experience that EVERY potential homebuyer deserves. I was a first time homebuyer and this was the only company I had contact with. Had a great experience even after a major Hurricane!

I contacted GMFS inquiring about a refinance, and within 24 hours they had run the numbers and gotten back to me. A few e-signatures later and the process was done. Super fast, amazingly easy, completely stress free experience from my perspective. And they were quick to answer any and all questions I had!

Ashley and her team are awesome! In spite of the issues we faced in our construction process, Ashley made sure we never had any worries about our loan.
