Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
Carla is easy peasy to work with and made our transaction the smoothest out of all homes I’ve purchased. Give her the opportunity to make you happy as well!
