Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).

This is our third time using John as our broker and he always does a wonderful job, he and Lindsey always keep us updated with the process and they make it extremely easy and hassle free. Our plan is for this to be our forever home but if we find ourselves for some reason in the market again we will definitely go back to John and Lindsey.

Since retiring I wondered if I would be able to refinance and take advantage of historically low rates. GMFS walked me through the process and we closed, reducing our rate by 25%. Our closing took 35 minutes because of the work that Michelle, Miranda and the entire GMFS team did to make sure that everything was in order! I can’t say enough!
