Since retiring I wondered if I would be able to refinance and take advantage of historically low rates. GMFS walked me through the process and we closed, reducing our rate by 25%. My experience with GMFS Mortgage was as seamless and painless as the process can be in terms of all the documentation that must be gathered and scheduling that must be accomplished when purchasing a home. I contacted GMFS inquiring about a refinance, and within 24 hours they had run the numbers and gotten back to me. A few e-signatures later and the process was done. Super fast, amazingly easy, completely stress free experience from my perspective. And they were quick to answer any and all questions I had!
