It is an experience that EVERY potential homebuyer deserves. I was a first time homebuyer and this was the only company I had contact with. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
