Although my house hunting took over a year, John and his team did not harass me about a timeline of finding a home, they left the communication open and how they would be available to assist me with any questions, issues or concerns. we were promised 15k closing cost by Michelle and made our counter offer on the house accordingly. 15k was to be oaid for by seller with the understanding closing would be 15k. The actual closing came out closer to 20k
