Josh is very personable and worked very well with my first time homebuyer. He explained everything thoroughly and made them feel very comfortable Throughout the process.
Since retiring I wondered if I would be able to refinance and take advantage of historically low rates. GMFS walked me through the process and we closed, reducing our rate by 25%. Communication was good throughout the process. Everything, except signing papers at the attorney’s office was done online.
