My loan was approved and closed in less than a month. Very pleased to have GMFS as my mortgage provider because of the experience I had during my process. Everything happened so fast it still seems unreal that I actually closed on my first home at 30 years old. It was the best Christmas gift as I closed on 12-26-2018.

From the first phone call I made Stinson supplied just the information I requested. And then I appreciate it, as well as I’m sure my clients did, that he came to the closing and was very professional and friendly. I enjoyed him very much as I’m sure my client did also.
I was the listing agent for the sale. Michelle was very professional and answered all questions that I asked. The sale had to be extended due to some unforeseen things. Since retiring I wondered if I would be able to refinance and take advantage of historically low rates. GMFS walked me through the process and we closed, reducing our rate by 25%. Communication was good throughout the process. Everything, except signing papers at the attorney’s office was done online.
