It is an experience that EVERY potential homebuyer deserves. I was a first time homebuyer and this was the only company I had contact with. However, if I had to do it again or had a to make a recommendation……………GMFS is the no-brainer choice HANDS DOWN and thumbs up.

My loan was approved and closed in less than a month. Very pleased to have GMFS as my mortgage provider because of the experience I had during my process. Everything happened so fast it still seems unreal that I actually closed on my first home at 30 years old. It was the best Christmas gift as I closed on 12-26-2018.
Todd Jackson is a very professional loan officer. I obtained about 7 of my FHA loans from Todd Jackson prior to 2008 for rental properties that I still own today. Got good competitive interest rates and quick professional service.

She was with us from day one assisting us with a plan to prepare for qualifying, send us workups on what to expect to pay for houses we liked,and answering any questions we had about costs, fees, and anything else that popped up. Miranda Gref was also extremely helpful in ensuring we had all of our I’m dotted and it’s crossed at the end. Our closing took 35 minutes because of the work that Michelle, Miranda and the entire GMFS team did to make sure that everything was in order! I can’t say enough!
