I could not have asked for a better lender! I would highly recommend my loan officer Michelle and her processor Kelsey! When I thought my mortgage wouldn’t be possible they gave me hope and really worked close with me to make it happen. They were upfront with everything and did not drag me along in the process. My loan was approved and closed in less than a month. Very pleased to have GMFS as my mortgage provider because of the experience I had during my process. Everything happened so fast it still seems unreal that I actually closed on my first home at 30 years old. It was the best Christmas gift as I closed on 12-26-2018.

She was with us from day one assisting us with a plan to prepare for qualifying, send us workups on what to expect to pay for houses we liked,and answering any questions we had about costs, fees, and anything else that popped up. Miranda Gref was also extremely helpful in ensuring we had all of our I’m dotted and it’s crossed at the end. Our closing took 35 minutes because of the work that Michelle, Miranda and the entire GMFS team did to make sure that everything was in order! I can’t say enough!
