My experience with GMFS Mortgage was as seamless and painless as the process can be in terms of all the documentation that must be gathered and scheduling that must be accomplished when purchasing a home. The staff is professional, prompt and is exceptionally customer-focused. Carla Vento is an ace! I highly recommend GMFS for your mortgage needs.

Todd communicated with me regularly and worked with a team of people (realtor, family office advisors, etc.). Most importanty, he was flexible in working with me despite a nontraditional income source.

Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
