Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).

Someone give that man a raise. He would literally answer my questions at 9:30pm on a Saturday!! No matter the time or day he was quick to respond and take care of things for me.
