It is an experience that EVERY potential homebuyer deserves. I was a first time homebuyer and this was the only company I had contact with. Since retiring I wondered if I would be able to refinance and take advantage of historically low rates. GMFS walked me through the process and we closed, reducing our rate by 25%. Communication was good throughout the process. Everything, except signing papers at the attorney’s office was done online.

Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
Darren worked with us to find the best rate at the best time in our timeline, listened and answered all concerns, & never had a hiccup
