HE EVEN TEXTED ME ON LEAVE WHILE AT HIS HONEYMOON! i tend to move often, so you best believe when im ready to buy again i will not even consider pricing around because of the quality of service i get with him at GMFS.

Brandon has been great throughout the entire home buying process. He knew I was a first-time homebuyer and took the time to explain everything to me in simple terms that I could understand. He always made himself available to me (day and night) even for things that were not his responsibility (finding a realtor, advice on home insurance, advice on which houses to buy/not buy, etc). After this whole experience, I’ve come to view Brandon more as a friend than a loan officer. I could not be more pleased from my experience with him and will certainly reach back out when I’m ready to sell my home. I also plan to ask my friends if they’re in the home-buying market because I find it hard to believe they would find better representation elsewhere.

Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
