Working with Ashley was a wonderful experience. She new the market and was able to explain things in a way a non finical person understands.
From the very beginning to the closing of our new house, Ashley was very helpful and understanding the whole experience.
Since retiring I wondered if I would be able to refinance and take advantage of historically low rates. GMFS walked me through the process and we closed, reducing our rate by 25%. Communication was good throughout the process. Everything, except signing papers at the attorney’s office was done online.
