Since retiring I wondered if I would be able to refinance and take advantage of historically low rates. GMFS walked me through the process and we closed, reducing our rate by 25%. Great place to go and get help to buy your home! Everyone is so nice and very helpfully. Every time I had a question it was answered right away.
