My loan was approved and closed in less than a month. Very pleased to have GMFS as my mortgage provider because of the experience I had during my process. Everything happened so fast it still seems unreal that I actually closed on my first home at 30 years old. It was the best Christmas gift as I closed on 12-26-2018.
Highly Recommend!
Since retiring I wondered if I would be able to refinance and take advantage of historically low rates. GMFS walked me through the process and we closed, reducing our rate by 25%. Communication was good throughout the process. Everything, except signing papers at the attorney’s office was done online.

This is our third time using John as our broker, he and Lindsey always make it extremely easy and hassle-free, they keep us updated with the process and are always willing to answer any questions.
