Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
I was the listing agent for the sale. Michelle was very professional and answered all questions that I asked. The sale had to be extended due to some unforeseen things. She made me feel comfortable to let my seller know that this was only an extension and the sale was going to happen. Thanks for your help!

My loan was approved and closed in less than a month. Very pleased to have GMFS as my mortgage provider because of the experience I had during my process. Everything happened so fast it still seems unreal that I actually closed on my first home at 30 years old. It was the best Christmas gift as I closed on 12-26-2018.
