I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help with the process of closing on our new home. Building was stressful enough without having to worry about the finance side. GMFS made this process so easy.

When we contacted Brandi, I was working in Pennsylvania, I was in a area where I had very poor to no service. Plus I was working night shift. I filled out what I could on line as requested, it took twice as long since I had no service most of the time but Brandi worked with my wife and I, she was very patient and understanding. She assisted me even after hours when I had questions. She was able to get me the lowest rate and we was able to close when I came home. I hold Brandi in the highest regards. We were originally doing business with a different lender but the interest rate seemed high as per information on the internet. I decided to shop around a bit and several other lenders had similar rates. GMFS’s rate came in well below all of the others. When I say well, I mean almost 1 whole percent below the others. Throughout my home construction this was the easiest, most flawless part of the entire build. If I had a question about anything they were a phone call away with the answers I needed. My offshore work schedule requires me to be gone for extended periods and in the past that has held things up in financing but with GMFS there were no hold ups. Great company to work with.
