We waiting on a lot of things during construction materials, contractor and subcontractors,, etc.
We NEVER waited on GMFS!
They were ready to go at ever turn and ever milestone.
We could have done this project with quite a few financial companies.
But, we could not have done it in as fine style as we did without Morgan and the GMFS Team.
We built a final retirement home.
We have done it and will likely only do it once.
