Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
Mr. Peterson was wonderful to work with. As first time home buyers, it was important for my wife and I to have an informed, attentive and knowledgeable professional to guide us through the process.
