Second time I’ve taken a mortgage with GMFS and it was awesome, again. Everyone is so nice and helpful and things went very, very smoothly. Particularly thankful that Susan at the Macon, Georgia office was my loan officer. I would highly recommend GMFS to anyone applying for a mortgage or a refi.
Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
Stephanie and her team are very attentive to detail, and they are very educated on the loan process from start to finish. My husband and I asked a million questions, and they were never too busy to answer us. It was a seamless process, and we were in very capable hands.
