Steve Foreman was great to deal with. He made the refinancing process very early and friendly. The automated signature system is a very nice and efficient way of signing the necessary documents in the refinancing process. This company deserves 5 gold stars. From the time that I made initial contact with Michele it was a pleasant experience all the way to the key exchange. The team was always available to answer questions, always willing to help and always reminded me that I could call them whenever I had a question/concern. It is an experience that EVERY potential homebuyer deserves. I was a first time homebuyer and this was the only company I had contact with. What an amazing experience!!! I am a recent widow. Although I have purchased homes in my past, this was my first major purchase since the death of my husband. I know that God led me straight here. When we started our home buying journey, we were pre-qualified for about 2 months through my bank. We finally found the house we wanted to make an offer on and the bank lost all our paperwork.
