This is the second time I have worked with John and his team and I would not hesitate to do so again.
Since retiring I wondered if I would be able to refinance and take advantage of historically low rates. GMFS walked me through the process and we closed, reducing our rate by 25%. Communication was good throughout the process. Everything, except signing papers at the attorney’s office was done online.
