My loan was approved and closed in less than a month. Very pleased to have GMFS as my mortgage provider because of the experience I had during my process. Everything happened so fast it still seems unreal that I actually closed on my first home at 30 years old. It was the best Christmas gift as I closed on 12-26-2018.

Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).

This is our third time using John as our broker, he and Lindsey always make it extremely easy and hassle-free, they keep us updated with the process and are always willing to answer any questions.
