Waiver

Please complete the Court To Table online waiver in order to play pickleball. This will require you to create an account. All players must sign the waiver, even if you are not participating in the tournament.

You do not need to reserve court space—just be sure the waiver is completed. Paper waivers will also be available the day of the event.
