Lance gave me my first mortgage on my house around 2014. But it got sold to other mortgage companies. But going through difficult financial situations throughout all the years it was suggested to me by a lender to refinance. But due to financial difficulties all these years no one was able to help me because of their requirements. But for some reason I still had Lance in my contacts and reached out to him. Told him my situation and he said GMFS had changed and said that he thought he could help me which he did. Although there were a few setbacks he assured me that he believed that he would still be able to help me. And I did everything he needed and it all worked out like he said it would and he got me refinanced . I would like to also thank his assistant Laura for her assistance with Lance to have this accomplished for it was a great relief from the burden of me and my daughters . I believe he is a great asset to GMFS and will recommend him to anyone that needs any assistance with a mortgage!Although there were some setbacks that I wasn’t aware of he assured me that the setbacks were still manageable and was confident in what he was telling me everything was going to be fine…and it was!
