After beginning her career in banking as a teller at just 19 years old, Crystal worked her way through the financial industry, gaining valuable experience before entering the mortgage business as a loan processor seven years ago. Her dedication, perseverance, and commitment to helping others have guided her career every step of the way.
Crystal believes that every borrower has a unique story and deserves personalized guidance throughout the home financing process. She takes pride in building genuine relationships with her clients, understanding their goals, and serving as a trusted resource from application to closing. Born in Landstuhl, Germany, Crystal was raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, where she developed the strong work ethic and values that continue to guide her today. She is a proud member of the Impact Rotary Club of Lake Charles and enjoys giving back to her community. Outside of work, Crystal loves spending time with family and friends and making memories with her four children, Jaelyn, Kamryn, Braedyn, and Wyatt.
