This is a FORGIVABLE assistance offering that can be paired with both Conventional and Government first and repeat mortgages.

Features:

  • up to 4% down payment assistance – can also be used towards closing costs
  • available for first-time homebuyers and repeat buyers
  • competitive interest rates
  • No AMI

 
Some Qualifications Include:

  • Homebuyers with annual household incomes at or below $125,000 who are purchasing a qualified, principal residence.
  • Borrowers cannot own other property at the time of closing.

Darren did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and responsive througho the process. Toward the end of the process we did get some odd request from loan approvers (not Darren) which is why I rated the overall experience as ok and not great (i.e. requirement to make cosmetic vinyl siding repairs prior to closing).
