Brandy Boudreaux has been a dedicated professional in the finance and mortgage industries since 2003. After earning her Business Management degree from Louisiana State University, she began her career as a Loan Processor at a local bank. She later joined Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where she obtained her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and spent a decade honing her expertise in wealth management. In 2015, Brandy discovered her true calling: helping clients achieve the dream of homeownership. She earned her mortgage license and has since been passionately guiding individuals and families through the home-buying process, turning their aspirations into reality.

A committed leader in her industry and community, Brandy is an active member of:

Everything went well with the explanation and process Only complaint was no communication and or person present during closing. My past experiences always included realtor and lender present during closing Assistance wasn’t needed at this time, however for the personal aspect of this process I believe it builds better relationships…

This was our first time buying a home and we had no clue where to even begin! Brandy was fantastic to work with and made the mortgage loan process as easy and smooth as possible. She was always there to answer any questions I had and explain things very thoroughly. She was also very nice and understanding even when I had some clueless questions. I would definitely recommend her and GMFS to anyone looking to buy a house!

Brandy was Wonderful!!! Our Refi was a bit different bc we have an SBA loan so the process took quite a bit longer than usual. Brandy never gave up or got frustrated; she just kept on going & stayed in contact with SBA and informed us every step of the way. I’ve tried to Refi our loan several times in the past but Brandy was the only lender that stuck with it and got our loan closed. I would Highly recommend her to anyone I know need a new mortgage loan or a Refi.
