Todd Jackson is a 25-year veteran of the lending industry. He started his career with Executive Mortgage, Inc. in 1999. After 10 years with Executive Mortgage, Todd spent 8 years at Bank of America / Merrill Lynch as a Wealth Management Banker. He has extensive knowledge in credit structuring and home loans and applies his banking and mortgage background on a daily basis to assist clients with their home mortgage transactions. In addition to being a licensed mortgage originator, Todd has also held his Series 7 and Series 63 Securities licenses in the past. This background allows Todd to have a clear understanding of financial planning and properly incorporating mortgage debt into the overall financial plan. Todd is currently licensed to do mortgage business in Louisiana, Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and North Carolina. Throughout his career, he has been active in assisting Financial Planners and Advisors and their client base to incorporate mortgage lending strategies into their overall practice.

When not working, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife Jenny and two kids, Liza and Charlie. He is a life-long resident of Louisiana. He is a member of the USGA, Delta Waterfowl, Ducks Unlimited, CCA, and St. James Episcopal Church.

John Graeber grew up in Oxford, MS. He is a graduate of the Oxford School District, Ole Miss, and Mississippi School of Banking. He started his banking career in 2016 after graduating from Ole Miss. John worked in Memphis as a commercial banker for the last 5 years. He and his wife, Hallie, were anxious to get back to Oxford so the decision to join the GMFS Mortgage family was a great fit. John has extensive knowledge of the credit markets and has shown great success in helping his customers with their credit and banking needs. John is licensed to do business in Mississippi, Tennessee, Florida, and Louisiana.

When not working, John volunteers his time with Delta Waterfowl and enjoys spending time with family and friends. John and his wife Hallie are active members of Christ Presbyterian Church in Oxford, MS.
